AngKa Prawn (XL)
AngKa Prawn is a wild sea prawn which is why its meat is usually sweeter than most other prawns. Due to its sweetness and meaty texture, its common use for Large Prawn Mee. They can also be cooking in soup or stir fried too. Cooking time for is often kept short to prevent overcooking them. Recommended cooking time is about 5-10 minutes.
