I "accidentally" thawed too much scallops for steamboat dinner yesterday. Hehe. Now we have extra scallops for today's dinner (That was my plan all along. shhhhh!)
I decided to pan seared them. It was a huge hit in the family. I hope they don't requested it all the time. I really dislike all mode of frying, it make my kitchen super oily and the cleaning up is maddening.
