How to eat LOBSTER (the correct way)

I was looking around for a new lobster recipe for a party and found a website that has a video on how to eat your lobster correctly.

The video is amazing and it shows parts that we don't normally eat. They actually has lobster meat too. This is too good so i have to share this with you guys!

Butter Dipping Sauce (great for lobster)

We have been getting a lot of enquiries lately on how to enjoy the frozen cooked whole lobster. So we decided to share the way we eat the whole lobster at home - Cooked Lobster with Butter Dipping Sauce.

Ingredients:
For Lobster
  • 1 frozen cooked lobster
For Butter Dipping Sauce
  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of dried parsley flakes 
Cooking:
To prepare the lobster
  • Thaw the lobster overnight in the fridge and serve.
  • If you like your lobster warm and not cold, you can blanch the lobster quickly in boiling hot water (1-2 min). Do not leave the lobster in the boiling hot water for too long as it will cause the lobster to lose its flavor and the meat will turn tough.
To prepare the butter dipping sauce
  • Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and cook till brown
  • Add in the remaining butter and reduce the heat to low. 
  • Once the butter melts, mix in the lemon juice, pepper and parlsey. Let the sauce steep over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve it with your lobster

This butter dipping sauce is great for other seafood too. Do try it with the snow crab leg or the king crab leg.
